You will receive a 20% discount on the cost of the Evening Leader as long as you continue to pay by Direct Debit. It is easy, convenient and a secure method of payment, guaranteed by the Direct Debit scheme.
Simple, complete the form attached, and return it to us, FREEPOST, of course. Once you have completed and returned to us the direct debit instruction, we will send you a schedule of payments due for the Evening Leader payable on the 15th or 28th of each month.
In the event of you missing a delivery, you must telephone our FREEPHONE number by 8am following the day of non delivery. We will try to get a copy delivered if possible, but otherwise we will credit your account by the number of copies short delivered.
Simply call our FREEPHONE number and tell us the dates of your holiday. We will suspend and recommence your deliveries as appropriate.
Our customer service FREEPHONE is available between 8.00am and 6.30pm, and a voice mail service is available outside these hours or at busy times.
